Team registration for the City of Oak Ridge Recreation & Parks Department Fall 2016 softball and kickball season is now open. Softball leagues for men and a co-ed league will be offered during the fall. Kickball play is co-ed during the fall calendar.
Teams must complete registration paperwork and pay the applicable registration fee by July 18 for early registration pricing. Teams registering after the early deadline may do so until July 25 and will be subject to an additional late fee of $25. Teams must contain a minimum of 9 players, and all players must sign the team’s roster in advance to be eligible to participate. Co-ed teams must bat an equal number of males and females during games. Games are scheduled to begin the week of August 8.
Men’s softball league will play on Monday nights, co-ed softball leagues will play on Tuesday and Thursday nights, and kickball will play on Wednesday nights. All leagues will take place at Yearwood Park.
