City's Arbor Day Celebration Planned for March 3

Feb 28, 2017 - Oak Ridge’s 32nd Annual Arbor Day Observance is set for Friday, March 3, at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s School. The ceremony also marks the 29th year that Oak Ridge has been recognized as a Tree City USA.

Conversational Spanish Class Offered at Senior Center

Feb 27, 2017 - The Oak Ridge Senior Center is excited to be offering a new session of beginning Conversational Spanish. Students will be asked to work on language acquisition by reinforcing the weekly lesson with at least 15 minutes of practice each day.

Feb 24, 2017 - Team registration for the Recreation & Parks Department’s 2017 spring softball and kickball leagues is now open. Teams must complete registration paperwork and pay the applicable registration fee by March 13th for early registration pricing.
