library auditorium


The Library Auditorium is available for rental for business or personal events.  It is a large meeting room with a seating capacity of 100 and a stage.  There is a podium on the stage, a pull-down screen and a chalkboard.  

Room Rental Rates

Classification is determined by primary usage.  Users will be classified as follows for the purpose of determining rental rates: 

Class I: City administered programming 
Class II: Youth and senior citizens activities 
Class III:  Oak Ridge community organizations and adults
Class IV: Commercial use, non-resident and non-Oak Ridge organizations

1 hour     $7.50 $12.50    $52.00 
4 hours  $22.50 $37.50  Hourly 
8 hours  $45.00 $75.00  Hourly 
Kitchen Usage Fee  $10.00 $20.00    $30.00 
You or your group may set-up the room without charge, otherwise there is a $25.00 fee.
