Digital access CARDS
This card gives you access to our online resources for the six months. Once the library reopens, you will need to bring in proof of your residency, along with a photo ID, in order to get a physical library card and have access to the rest of our materials. Apply for a Digital Access Library Card here.

People living outside the Oak Ridge city limits may purchase a year's membership for $45. Valid identification showing name and current address is required.

If your Library card is lost or stolen, please contact the library at 425-3455 as soon as possible so that we can cancel your card. Members are responsible for all material checked out on their card until it has been reported missing. Replacement cards are issued for $4.00.

Your Library card is good for 1 year. You will need to renew your card annually. To renew, you will need your Library card (replacement cards are $4.00), valid photo ID with current address, and your fines and overdues must be paid and lost or damaged items must be returned or paid for.
