SUMMER READING PROGRAM

Take some time out for yourself this summer and join your library’s
Adult Summer Reading Program!

Not quite an adult? That’s okay! You are welcomed to participate.
Read or listen to at least seven books to complete your reading log & submit it at the end of the program. Share a book you are reading at our outdoor book discussion on imagination and connection while enjoying light refreshments and learning what our community is reading! Fast reader? That’s okay, too. There is space on the log for additional books. You must have a valid and current library membership to participate. Don’t have a card? Visit the Main Desk to learn how to get one!

Outdoor Book Discussion

On Thursday, June 17th from 12:00pm-2:00pm, meet us outside in the Plaza for our outdoor book discussion. Share your ‘tale’ and learn what those around you are reading while enjoying some light refreshments. This year’s summer reading theme, “Imagine Your Story, Tell Us Your Tale”, centers around the themes of imagination and connection. For the book discussion, discuss a book you are reading or have read during the program that exemplifies one or both of these themes.
  • What are you reading and how did your book spark your imagination?
